Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival are subject to $35.00 Service Fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival require a medical note and $35.00 service fee.

Arrival/Departure

Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 9:30 AM. Please pick up keys and drop off keys at Avalon Rentals office in Coligny Plaza. See Directions for location of our office. If arrival is anticipated after office business hours (Monday-Saturday 9:00AM – 5:00 P.M.) your packet with keys and map directing you to your villa, will be in 24-hour accessible mailbox outside our office door.

Pet and Smoking Policies

None of our villas allow smoking or pets. Guests will be evicted and/or assessed a cleaning/damage $100 fee per day for violating either rule.

Occupancy

The occupancy indicated by the number of persons indicated on the rental confirmation is not to be exceeded.

Travel Insurance

CSA Instant Travel Insurance if offered to protect your vacation. An insurance fee is automatically added to your reservation confirmation. If you do not wish travel protection, please write Delete on your confirmation form and return it to our office immediately or email your request and confirmation number to avalonrental@hargray.com.
